We deliver using our own vehicles for local projects or via couriers to the rest of the UK. Please contact us to find out delivery times, prices and availability.

We work with our customers designs and if required we will adapt them to ensure they work on the printer and chosen media. We can recreate your designs if you don't have a digital file. We can also offer a full graphic design service for original designs if required. Design and artwork can carry a cost depending on what's involved - we'll always quote before starting.

Because everything is personalised and made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or the print is defective. If something's not right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll put it right. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
