Send us a message through our contact page or email info@willowpressprints.co.uk. Tell us the product, quantity and sizes, where you’d like the print or embroidery, and attach your logo or design. We’ll reply with a quote and a digital proof.

No. We’re used to one-off and bespoke orders, so you can order a single item or a full team kit-out. Larger quantities usually bring the price per item down, and we’ll always suggest the most cost-effective option.

- Clothing: T-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts, polos and workwear, in cotton, cotton-polyester blends and fleece.
- Headwear and accessories: caps, beanies, aprons, tote bags and socks, usually embroidered.
- Banners: PVC, mesh and roll-up banners.
- Signs and displays: shop signs, A-boards, window vinyl, wall graphics, wallpapers and murals.
- Stickers and labels: die-cut stickers and vinyl decals.
- Canvas and paper: canvas prints, posters from A4 to A0, business cards, booklets, photo prints and CAD drawings.

Vector files (PDF, AI, EPS or SVG) give the sharpest result, and high-resolution PNG or JPG files also work. For banners and signs, a print-ready PDF at the finished size is ideal. No digital file? We can recreate your logo from a photo or sketch. We’ll check your artwork before printing and let you know if anything needs adjusting.

Yes. We work with your own designs and adapt them to suit the printer and material. We can recreate a design if you don’t have a digital file, or create something original from scratch. Design and artwork can carry a cost depending on what’s involved, and we always quote before starting. Find out more about our design and artwork service.

Most clothing orders are made to order and dispatched within 3–5 working days of artwork approval. Banners, signs and larger orders vary, and we confirm your timescale when you place your order.

Yes. We deliver local orders in our own vehicles and send orders across the UK by tracked courier, with tracking emailed once your order ships.

Embroidery stitches your design in thread. It looks premium, lasts for years and suits logos and names on polos, caps, beanies, workwear and uniforms. Printing suits larger designs, full colour, fine detail and photos, and is usually more cost-effective on T-shirts and hoodies. Not sure? Send us your logo and we’ll recommend the best option.

Yes. We have many years in the printing industry and a wide network of suppliers, so we can source unique items as well as bulk products at a good price.

Because everything is personalised and made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty or the print or embroidery is defective. If something isn’t right, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order or quote number and a photo, and we’ll put it right with a reprint or replacement. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
