Shipping policy
Dispatch times
Items are printed or embroidered to order. Most orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days. If your order is urgent, contact us before ordering and we'll tell you what's possible.
Larger or bespoke print projects are quoted individually — please get in touch to discuss timings.
Delivery rates (UK)
- UK tracked delivery — £4.95
- Free UK delivery on orders over £50
Orders are sent on a tracked service and you'll receive tracking by email once your parcel ships.
Local delivery
For customers near our Skipton base we often deliver local orders using our own vehicles. Contact us if you'd like to arrange this or collect in person.
Where we deliver
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. If you need delivery elsewhere, contact us at info@willowpressprints.co.uk and we'll see what we can arrange.
Delays
Once a parcel is with the courier, delivery timescales are outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived when expected, contact us with your order number and we'll chase it.
